Cala Gracio is an idyllic setting, with beautiful soft sand and calm, clear waters, making it a perfect setting for you and your family to spend a day by the sea. This sheltered cove really is a beautiful and safe place for some sunbathing or a quick dip in the sea.
One of the best things about Cala Gracio beach is that it can quite easily be reached on foot by San Antonio, it’s about a fifteen minute walk, which probably makes it a bit too far for the hungover younger crowd but still only a leisurely stroll for families looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the town. If you don’t feel like walking you can also get to Cala Gracio by bus or water ferry from San Antonio. If you’ve decided to rent a car you can also drive and there is some parking near the beach.
Cala Gracio has all of the features you would expect at a typical Ibiza beach. There is good access to the beach for the disabled and you will find a healthy supply of parasols and loungers to make your visit here as comfortable as possible. You can also relax knowing that there is a lifeguard on duty while you or your family are in the sea. This is a rather relaxed beach and there are no activities available, however, the area around the rocks is popular space for snorkeling.
If you’re looking for some drinks and snacks while on the beach, the is a beach bar found right on the sand that sells everything you need for a relaxing day. If you go a little further inland you’ll also be able to find some restaurants where you can sit and have meal and enjoy a drink.
