Techno haven DC-10, is the latest club to run into trouble with Ibiza authorities. The incidents follow last night’s (Monday 10) Circoloco closing party, which allegedly violated noise and curfew restrictions.
As reported by Diario de Ibiza, cops received complaints from neighbouring residents when the music continued after the midnight cut off. The outside garden area being the culprit as the music went on til nearly 2am. The small idyllic town of Sant Josep, had previously failed to grant DC-10 an extension to continue past 12.
The second complaint arose because the club night carried on until after 6am, having supposed to finish at 5. The council will now open disciplinary proceedings, with DC-10 likely to face financial penalties as a result.
This is just the latest club to be targeted by authorities, following a summer of crackdowns on Ibiza nightlife.
